Neighborhoods
The lake, the hills, the towers.
Seven areas Tosca has sold in for decades, each with the homes from her record that sit there.
Where her office is
West Lake Hills and Westlake
The small incorporated city west of MoPac where Tosca has kept her office, plus the wider Westlake area the Eanes school district draws its name from.
The lake she is known for
Lake Austin waterfront
The constant-level stretch of the Colorado River between Mansfield Dam and Tom Miller Dam, and the waterfront market Tosca has worked since the 1980s.
Gated, wooded, Eanes ISD
Rob Roy
The gated Rob Roy neighborhoods off Loop 360 and Bee Cave Road, on the hills above Lake Austin and Barton Creek.
Around Austin Country Club
Davenport Ranch
The neighborhood built around Austin Country Club at Loop 360 and Westlake Drive, with the Pennybacker Bridge at its back door.
Fairways and the greenbelt
Barton Creek and Lost Creek
The resort-and-fairway neighborhoods southwest of Westlake, on the hills above the Barton Creek Greenbelt.
Towers, Tarrytown, the lake trail
Downtown and Central West Austin
High-rise living on Congress and Lady Bird Lake, and the old-Austin neighborhoods just west of it that her Coldwell Banker profile lists: Tarrytown, Old Enfield, Old West Austin and Clarksville.
The big lake
Lake Travis, Lakeway and Bee Cave
The Hill Country lake west of town, its gated waterfront enclaves, and the Lakeway and Bee Cave communities along RR 620 and Highway 71.
Her Coldwell Banker profile also lists Rollingwood, Old Enfield, Clarksville, Barton Hills, Central East Austin and Bee Cave.
