Rollingwood sits between it and Zilker Park. Both are served by Eanes ISD, and Westlake High School is the reason a lot of relocating families start their search here before they have seen a single house. "Westlake" as buyers use it is bigger than the city limits. It takes in Rob Roy, Davenport Ranch, Lost Creek, the Lake Austin bluffs along Westlake Drive and the newer gated streets off Bee Cave Road.
